(Before 2005) Axl's Partner?

Funny enough she was in the same file I recall as Axl but she was never finished till a few years later where she just needed a few splashes of color but she's still not done nor wil she ever be considering the file is forever gone. Though perhaps that's not true, she does look similar to Neige you could say...
