This pic was created before Neige, though in the same month I recall. I was trying to assemble a cast of characters for a comic of SOME kind. This was an option though the story was far from thought out, infact I don't have any memory fo what the story idea was for this at any level. She might have just been a character made that never had any kind of story to it at the time.
